This privacy policy applies to the BJJ Calorie Calculator MMA mobile application (herein referred to as "the Application") for iOS devices, developed by Do Tri (VnMobileSolutions Inc.).

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to help you track calories for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We prioritize your privacy and do not require you to create an account or provide personal contact information to use the basic features of the app.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you for the purpose of serving advertisements. We integrate Google AdMob to display ads.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In accordance with Apple's requirements, the Application will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you opt-out, AdMob will still show ads, but they will be non-personalized (less relevant to your interests).

4. Data Storage

The training data you input (weight, session duration, and saved history) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this training data to our servers.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected (via third-party partners like AdMob).
• Request that we delete any personal data collected.
• Request that we do not "sell" your personal data.

You can manage your ad preferences directly through your iOS device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
