We operate under a "Privacy by Design" philosophy, meaning we build our apps to avoid data collection entirely whenever possible.

2. Data Collection & Use

Personal Information: Our applications do not require user accounts. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, or phone number.
Input Data: All data entered into our calculators (e.g., income for TaxMate AU, dimensions for Construction tools, or financial figures for ROI calculators) is processed locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.
Camera & Location: Certain apps (e.g., CoastCam or Traffic Cam tools) may require location access to show nearby cameras or camera access for specific functions. This data is used only during the active session and is never stored.

3. Third-Party Services

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data (crash reports, etc.) to help us improve the software. We also use the Gemini API in specific tools to provide AI-enhanced features; data sent to these APIs is subject to their respective privacy policies and is generally anonymized.

4. Financial & Tax Disclaimer

Applications including TaxMate AU, Loan Calculator, ABN Tax & GST Calc, and ROI/MarginFlow tools are provided for estimation purposes only. While we strive for accuracy based on the latest ATO and financial regulations, results are not guaranteed. We are not qualified financial advisors. Always consult with a certified professional or official government resources before making financial decisions.

5. Engineering & Utility Disclaimer

Electrical Calculator Pro, Concrete & Cement Calculator, and other technical tools are reference guides intended for professional or DIY estimation. VN Mobile Solutions is not liable for material costs, structural failures, or safety incidents resulting from the use of these tools.

6. Terms of Service

By using our applications, you agree that the software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to update our apps and this privacy policy at any time to reflect changes in the law or our development practices.
