What information does Tube Uploader collect about you
The application must have authentication and authorization credentials to be able to use the YouTube Data API. This API allows Tube Uploader to publish your videos to your selected channels. Google APIs use the OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication and authorization credentials.In order to publish a video, you first need to login your YouTube account in Tube Uploader. We then receive from YouTube the Access and Refresh tokens, specific for your account, that grants Tube Uploader access to the YouTube Data API and your YouTube account. This request requires an authentication step done in a Google web page opened automatically by Tube Uploader where you log in with your Google account. After logging in, you are asked whether you are willing to grant one or more permissions that Tube Uploader is requesting. This process is called user consent.
If you grant at least one permission, the Google Authorization Server sends to Tube Uploader an access token, a refresh token that Tube Uploader can use to obtain a new access token and a list of scopes of access granted by that token.
Tube Uploader uses these token and make requests with granted permissions to Youtube. We only store these tokens so that you don't need to be asked again with every actions
If you do not grant the permission, the server returns an error and no Access and Refresh tokens are received and stored.
Tube Uploader does not delete or alter content on your YouTube account. Even content published by Tube Uploader.
How does Tube Uploader use and protect personal information
As stated in the aforementioned section, Tube Uploader does not store any private customer data when publishing videos to YouTube channels. The only user related data maybe stored by Tube Uploader on mobile phones that belong to you are access tokens received from Google and the previous video metadatas like title, description and keywords so that you don't need to enter again.

Tube Uploader does not use cookies or any other similar technologies.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

From time to time the Privacy Policy may need to be revised or updated to adapt to applicable legislations or to new rules and regulations. Depending on the significance of the update, we may take a more prominent action to inform you (including email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
Please be aware that when you upload your video to YouTube, we make use of the YouTube API with "Manage videos" permissions in order to upload/edit/delete your videos. Such activity is governed by the YouTube TOS and Privacy Policy, with respect to the YouTube API; or by the Google’s TOS and Privacy Policy. While reading Youtube TOS, you may realize that Youtube API allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements. We encourage you to review their practices carefully. You can always revoke any such access you may have given us via the Google security settings page.
